SUBJECT : Exchange of Visits Between the USSR and US.
1. It is suggested that visits to the USSR should take place
between about 1 June 1956 and 15 July 1956, and/or between 15 August
1956 and 1 October 1956. The visits should be of approximately
six weeks duration.
2. Fields to be covered by such visits should include photographic
intelligence, photogrammetry, photography, photographic optics,
photo-cartography, cartography, geodesy, geology, and allied fields.
3. It is suggested that the participants include some of the
following recognized leaders in their fields:
