25X1A9A PRESENT:
25X1A9A 1. mentioned the necessity for scheduling of leave
required by persons who must use accumulated annual leave before 2 January
25X1 A9Aor forfeit it. I will take leave from 20 November through
25X1 A 9A27 November, and occasional Fridays thereafter until his required amount
has been used. I is to substitute for
25X1A9A briefing on 24 November. In order to prepare himself, he will accompany
briefing on 17 November.
4. The current analysis of expenditures from 01 Personal Services
funds was discussed. It was pointed out that the funds for overtime have
been largely expended, but that the total 01 Personal Services costs have
not been in excess of the amount allocated for the period of time involved.
It was emphasized that all Divisions should watch carefully the periodic
statements f total 01 Personal Services expenditures. In this connection,
25X1 A9A reported that work is piling up somewhat in D/GC, and he
anticipates that he will be unable to continue allocating 30 hours of
overtime per pay period for use by D/GL.
25X1A9A 5. mentioned that there has been a great deal of
interest in D/GP's PI course from other offices of the Agency, and raised 25X1
a question as to the possibility of accepting a small number of students
from these other offices in the next class and in succeeding classes.

It was decided that the course should continue to treat only economic
and industrial subjects until all of ORRts demands for industrial PI
training has been filled. Consideration will then be given to offering 25X1
n rnnrse in gAoPraohic PI work. It was agreed that the next course will

Branch, D/GG will be resigning in January 1954, and inquired as to the
ssibilit of using her on a part-time or consultant basis thereafter.
