2. R is low on contributions to the Consolidated Charities Fund
relative to the rest of the Agency. emphasized that this
fund was set up to eliminate all the other routine charity requests
and that it is highly desirable to participate. Actually, most of
the Geographic Area ranks very high in contributions to date.

7. - reported on the anticipated overtime requirements of
D/GL. The target materials program and the Aldo tab run will probably
have to be continued on overtime, re uiri a robable total of 160 hours
per pay period for the next year. requested a memorandua
on this subject outlining in detail the anticipated overtime reg4raments.

8. oosmented that the Nap Library plans to set up an
adequate map reference facility at the Vital Storms Center, based
on the general concepts developed last surer. D/GL personnel will
establish and maintain the facility.

Harvard Advanced Management Course which begins in February and lasts
until May 1956. 25X1A9a

ice movement prediction. CO., as a result of the Navy's problems in
Arctic operations, 'has decided to establish a research program that
will involve periodic photographing of scue Arctic areas and ana1,ysis
of the photography with the intent of predicting ice movements.

Model Shop at A) to the Planning and Programing Staff. An AMB Staff
has been given responsibility for planning research techniques and
programs in order to enable them to meet future problems as efficiently
as possible.

on USSR photography plans, intentions, and acccuplishments.

Antarctic maps now being used by the Cartography Division.

Course given by from 14 Novmtber to 21 December 1955. The Geo is Area
has a quota of one for the course. It was decided that 25X1A9a
name would be submitted.

Storage Center last week. They met with and

be moved frost the Vital Storage Area to the Records Center area so that
