petroleum areas in the USSR has been increased by a request free DIM for
the description of oil fields in Alberta.

discussion so that programs are built on a broad basis of understanding
at all levels rather than fallin in from the top like a ton of bricks.
He cosented on the disparity in understanding of basic problems and
policies exhibited at various levels, in comparison with the broad
understanding and appreciation that should prevail at all levels. It
was emphasized that the Divisions must be properly managed and that the
Division Chiefs are responsible. The main problems of the Division Chiefs
and the Area Chief are management problems, and it is essential for these
persons to increase their management competence. It is hoped that the
Division Chiefs will be able to take the Management Course planned by
for Division Chief level and higher.
