locating and documenting the Blagoaeahchensk Voter ry Institute. These
projects were completed (70.124, 70.150 and. 70.154) and, a photo intelligence
assist was given.
e. In support of OCI two projects were initiated., one
relating to Chinese Off-Shore Islands (70.160), t others to Southeast
China Airfields (70.164). Work also was acccmp3ished on projects 72.7.40,
Trans an Routes in Southeast Chins and 72.151, Northeast Korey,
Railroad Studry, and nine photo intelligence waists in other i tters were
given during the monthe.

2. The chief reviewed and coordinated Photo iate1Ltgence collection

3- The second meeting of the Joint Services tntelliee Ground
Photoapby Group, attended by 15 representatives of the Army, Intelligence
Center, say and PIC, Air Farce, AEOIR and MIC, FBI and CIA, held
27 January, was organized by the division and chaired by the chief. It
was the expressed opinion at the group that those meetings were decidely
of value and should, be continued The next meeting is scheduled for
24 Varch.
The chief per organized and conducted a Special Symposium
on Color Photography sponsc esi by and held at the National Research Council
on 25 `&nuary, and attended by some 200 representatives of the Department
of Defense, other government agencies and casmercial firms providing related
contract seen vices.
5? A conference was held with Navy representatives Cmdr. Thomas,
Lt. Hassler and. W. Stolle to review latest Navy Photo re-pbs of 'CE'O?s and
Plans for a meeting to be called by (YBI to review the present state of
Service knowledge in these problem.
