1, It is requested that the inclosed distribution lit of potential
r+ eipients of D/4a working papers be ap roved for handling described
in the following paragraphs.
2. Because of the basic intelligence character of the content
of D/ s a working papers it is recon nded that distribution of such
papers be permitted without receipt of requests from lAO and selected
non IAC offices.
3. It is further recor ended that D a suppl-y a separate
ribution list to the Liaison Division, OCD, for each working per
issued for distribution outside of 01M# Selection in each ease would
be based on the anticipated interest of specific offices in the papers
content and might be li .ted to as fcw as one or two offices.
