Assigning numbers and categories to ORE Issuances
1. In accordance with our conversation of t is date, the following
changes will be made in the present procedures for assigning categories
and numbers to drafts (properly coordinated and on master ditto) of ORE
Issuances t
a. The Administrative Staff, ORE will from this date assume
the responsibility for assigning the proper category and number
to all official ORE Issuances prior to publication.
b. Although the draft issuance should be properly coordinated
and in final form it in assumed that the Administrative Staff will
review all relevant issuances to avoid duplication and confusion
and will insure that the new issuance is in proper format.
a. The conditions of ME Operation Procedure No. 1, now in eff*i
will still be followed in regard to the review and approval of all
draft issuances,
