1. Pending a review of contact policy and procedure between CIA .,
and the intelligence a?encios of Army, Navy and Air Force, the contacts
between ON1 and Oki will conform, as an interim measure, to the f ollowin ,
proceduress
(a) All exchange of classified material (except drafts of studies
prepared h ORS and submitted to 071 for comment as prescribed
by 1) CID 37) will be executed through tie presently establish-
ed channels.
(b) Personal contacts by Regional Branch ;:hiofs and one alternate
for each Regional Branch Chief will be cleared for contact
with their ONI counterpart as follows:
