1. Colonel Bicknell called the meeting to order and dis-
cussed the use of the base map, and it was concluded that in preparing
this JANIS contributors will follow the old procedure as outlined in
JANIS Memo #65.
2. The question of classification was discussed at some
length and Colonel Bicknell instructed the contributors to maintain
the usual Confidential classification unless it was absolutely necessary
to classify higher.
3. A discussion was opened on the question of the spelling of
place names and it was concluded that we would adhere to our usual policy
of using BGN in questions relating to place names.
4. Lt. Quam explained the base map and the areas covered by it.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
