1. The minutes of the 103rd meeting were read and approved.
2. Lt. Cdr. Condon was seated as ONI Board Member, vice
Cdr. Bailey, relieved.
3. Discussion was held in connection with Captain Ia"oore's
memorandum dated 12 September, regarding the reprinting of Chapter I
of previously issued JANIS studies. Col. Bicknell will take this
matter up with the JTS in their meeting to be held 18 September, in
an effort to determine the desires of the JTS in this connection.
5. Lt. Van Rees reported for the Production Section on JANIS
81, 84., and 154.
6. Lt. Quam reported satisfactory progress in the Plans
Section, and Lt. Cdr. Clinton reported satisfactory progress in the
Editorial Section.
7. The question of editorial personnel was discussed in a
general way and as soon as the contemplated personnel is assigned to
the Board, Lt. Cdr. Clinton will make his final recor9mendations.
8. Meeting was adjourned.
