1. Lt. Tibby of the Joint Topographical Subcommittee filed
with the Secretary of JISPB a written request dated 29 February, for
the preparation of a first phase topographical study to be submitted to
JTS not later than 1200 March L , and preferably at 0900 March 4.
2. Dr. Meigs was instructed and did prepare a general instruction
immiorandum for the agencies who are to submit the mgterial to JISPB.
