I am dropping a line to let you know how pleased I
ath that Q SS can now make use of your services and thus indirectly
contribute to J IS. Inasmuch as JANIS and 0SS are now operating
on high priority requests you probably won't be able to take on
requests for work which you receive directly yourself. I am sure,
however, that OSS will welcome any suggestions you have and that
your working relations will be most pleasant. I think it would
be particularly desirable for you to examine all material which
is available iri.Yashington on areas you will work on in order to
avoid duplications.

again and I .will give you that long delayed lunch.
