In response to reference memorandums a draft el the proposed presentation for the Office of Research and Reports is eubqatted herewith as Appendix:A. It is emphasised that in view of the reorganization now in process in this Offices Appendices A and D are necessarily tentative. Should changes prove necessary, they will be submitted as promptly as poraible* 2. An estimated twenty-five minutes will be required for this presentation* 3. It is requested that three charts be made for use in the presentation. Appendix B provides epecifications for these charts. Visual aids personnel may obtain amy further production details fr?om extension 2441.
