The Economic Defense Intelligence Committee on 10 November 1955
agreed to establish a Working Group on Propellants and Fuel Additives
to replace the Working Group on Magnesium. Agency representatives who
were designated to serve on the Working Group on Magnesium will

constitute the new Working Group unless the Secretariat is notified of
changes by participating agenciel. Chairmanship will remain with CIA. The
The 5urpose of the'Working.Group will be to explore intelligence data
on magnesium, colloxylin, perchloric acid and perchlorates of sodium,
potassium and ammonia for'preparation of a report. in response to EDIC
Intelligence Request Nos. 13, 17 and 18. Data on other propellants or
fuel additives may be included in the report should the Working Group
decide that the scope of the survey should be broadened.
The Working Group is directed to report its findings to EDIC at
the conclusion of its survey,
