ASSIGNMENT OF PRODUCTION MIOR,-ACTION RESPONSIBILITIES

CIA will assume responsibility for selection of enforcement cases
which are considered to be suitable for release
These cases will be submitted to the DCN. For the present the
exchange of information will be limited to enforcement cases.
Other useful data might include reports which support the US policy
for retention of China controls, such as reports on the difficulties
which Communist China is experiencing in getting differentially
controlled commodities from the Free World by transhipmento
