1. Attached for IWG review and approval is a revision of IWG/WP49,
originally issued as the IWG Subgroup Report on "Status and Capabilities
of Soviet Bloc Application of Television Technology to Military Electronics
Fields4" DG/JP-9 was furnished the Joint Operating Committee on an
urgent basis, but was not circulated. to all,ILIG members.
2. No substantive changes have been made in this revision which
has'been approved-by the IWGG Electronics Subgroup. Members are requested
to review the paper. Cor ants will be requested at the IWG meeting
scheduled for 11 March and a final XWG report issued subsequent to that
meetin's,
