1. Minutes. The minutes of r eting number 74 were approved with the

of procurement of this type of transmitter.
1. Discussion of the Budget.

The meeting was adjourned at 1640 hours.
The next R&D Board meetin will be held at 1430 hours on 5 l?ebruary. There-
fore, it is requested that Items for the agenda of this meeting be submitted
to the undersigned no later than the 29th of Janary.
