1. Unforeseen circumstances require us to change the
spring schedule for the subject course which runs for four

issue of the "Notes to Training Officers," I am soliciting
your personal support to assure that all component training
officers in your Directorate are aware of the new dates.
This is especially important for those components that
already have students enrolled in the originally scheduled
17 - 20 February course. The course rosters that include
members of your Directorate are attached.
