1. CZECH0SLOVA.KIA -- CTK CHANGES
CTKts transmissions in English, French, and Spanish radioteletype
for Havana are now transmitted on OLF2, 16455 kcs, a shift from OLU2,
21780 kcs.
CTK recently inaugurated an English/French radioteletype cast for Africa
using 14584, 12312, and/or 6952 at CS-V00 to 11:00, 12:30-16:30 (not
Sunday), and 18:00-21:00 (daily). It is believed that this new service
replaces the English radioteletype service for Ghana and the French
hellschreiber service for Guinea both of which have been unheard recently.

2. VIETNAM (NORTH) -- FREQUENCY CHANGE
The I 0 VIVA English radioteletype transmission for Europe and Asia
is now broadcast on V1,1AlO-VNA5-VNA,3, 17560-1574-7763 kcs. (BBC)
3. FRANCE -- AFP TRANSMISSIONS
AFP transmissions in French radioteletype for Europe and the Near
East have been adhering to the following schedule since 3 June:
03:30 - 04:30 TQF6-TQH--A2, 10615-10560-7;-30 kcs
0n':30 - 10:00 FYV, 15650 kcs
11:30 - 18:00 TQR9-FYV, 18725-15650 kcs
20:15-- 21:45 TQH-TQJS-FYA2, 10560-9187-7430 kcs
22:00-- 01:30 TQH-FYa2, 10560-7430 kcs

4. ITALY -- ANSA TRANSMISSIONS
A Portuguese morsecast from ANSA directed to Brazil has been observed
at 16:00-17:00 on ISX22, 22955 kcs. ANSA casts in Italian radioteletype
directed to Latin America, a recent inovation, have been observed at
13:50-14:20 on ISX22-ISX99, 22955-19405 kcs, 15:30-16:00 on 1SX25-1SX22,
25133-22955 kcs, 17:30-18:00 on 1SX22-1SX82, 22955-18275 kcs, and 19:00-
19:50 on ISX82-ISX56, 18275-15695 kcs. A new schedule for Italina press
services is now in preparation and will be released shortly. (E)
5. NORWAY -- NTB NOW USING RADIOTELETYPE
The Norsk Telegram Byra (NTB) transmissions in Norwegian for the home
press are now transmitted by radioteletype instead of hellschreiber on
54.65 kcs.
NTB transmissions in English for Europe have not been heard recently
and are presumed to have been discontinued. (BBC)
6. ARGENTINA -- FREQUENCY CHANGE
Transmissions of SAPORITI in Spanish morse are now observed as follows:
