1. The recently completed Inspector General's Survey on
this Division made, as Recommendation Number 33, Page 119,
the following statement:
"The Chief, Technical Services Division, jointly
with the Chief, Office of Research and Development,
Deputy Director, Science and Technology, and the
Assistant Director, Office of Central Reference,
plan and inaugurate a technical library service. "
This recommendation has received the concurrence of
the Deputy Director for Plans.
2. In the interest of taking formal steps to implement this
recommendation, it is requested that each of the addressees
