In response to the subject reques is pleased to provide a technical and
cost proposal for the requirements defined therein. The manner in which pro-
poses to perform the contemplated program is defined in Enclosure 1. The conditions
upon which our proposal is based and the proposed Cost Plus Fixed Fee for this pro-
gram are set forth in Enclosure 2.
