In response to subject Request for Proposal, is pleased to provide
herewith two (2) copies of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Research and Development
type proposal for services to accomplish the development objectives for your
Material Handling Study Project. Said services will be provided in accordance
with the Technical Description, Enclosure 1 hereto, by a Contractor-Team
arrangement consisting of
proposes to be the prime contractor and will assume full responsibility for
contractual performance.
The total estimated cost is delineated in Enclosure 2 hereto, and breaks down
for the two Phases of your Project as follows:

Our proposal is based upon the Conditions of Proposal contained in Enclosure 3
hereto. Enclosure 4 hereto contains the detailed descriptions of capabilities,
