Proposal for Dual Format Data Block Reader
(1) Proposal ED-CX-14 dated 7 October 1969

At your request we are pleased to quote on a budgetary CPFF basis STAT
to accomplish the effort as previously proposed by reference (1). The period
of performance would be nine (9) months after receipt of a duly executed contract.
This proposal has been quoted as follows:

An explanation of these two (2) options may be found on page 3-2 paragraphs
3.5.1 and 3.5.2.

It should be noted that this proposal is contigent upon your acceptance of certain
clarifications and understandings as stated in section five (5) of the proposal.
In addition consideration has been given in the price for final acceptance at your
facility rather than the previously quoted acceptance at source.
Detail cost breakdowns and back-up of the quoted dollars will be supplied at
your request.
This quotation may be considered firm for ninety (90) days.
