1. I have arranged that the material will be bound in black
leatherette, with gold lettering. This will correspond with the
NSC Policies book, The progress reports will be done differently,
in the tight binder style used for NSC 135 reports,. I tried to
get a different color from the Policies book, but there was none
in stock.
2. I attach a proposed format for the cover page. I have
4igft several alternate titles. My favorite is "NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE
REVIEW." It is sufficiently different from any other present title,
national intelligence is CIA's production responsibility, and we
ex to review the book periodically. AD/NE, 11D/IC, and _ 25X1 A9a
25X1A9a (for AD/CI) see no objection.
