ORGANIZATION
The following organizational changes are effective
on 1 January 1970:
1. An Asian Communist Forces Division (SR/CF) is
established, consisting of the Strategic Forces Branch
and the Theater Forces Branch of the present Theater
Forces Division. The new Division is responsible for
research analysis on Communist Chinese and North Korean
military forces and ca abilities.

Branches into the following four new Branches:
Strategic Attack; Strategic Defense; Land Warfare; and
