1. 1 would like to meet with you in my office
at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, 27 September to discuss some
of the organizational and procedural aspects of future
meetings.of The Costing Review Board. I am limiting
the invitations to this first meeting to only those
persona shown in the address line.
2. I do not have any specific agenda under con-
sideration at this time. The meeting. is intended to
give us an opportunity to clarify the goals in an open
discussion and for you to comment or complain about the
statements I made last week at the Division and Branch
