Scenarios
1. Earlier this fall representatives. of
this Office net with ACDA and Department of De-
fense personnel to discuss CIA costing support
for arms control talks. I am for warding the
results of our analysis of several alternative
sets of soviet military force goals that were
discussed at that meeting.
2. 1 plan to send copies of the attach-
ment to Messrs. Morton Halperin and Ivan Neimn
in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
