SUBJECT OSR Comments on the CIA Library
Handbook and Selection Policy
1, OSR has reviewed the CIA Library Handbook
and the Selection Policy drafts and feels that they
provide excellent guidance for the military research
analyst in the use of the agency reference facilities.
2. Expansion of the section describing the
Classified Reference Collection would enhance its
usefulness. It is suggested that this section in-
clude the numbers and types so that it more closely
parallels the other portions of the paper.
