1. The regularly scheduled COMIREX meeting on
25X1A 16 November 1972 will be devoted entirely to a series of briefings
covering the current status o# system development and
25X1 D community planning activities. This memorandum outlines
the arrangements for this session and is forwarded in lieu of the
normal meeting agenda sheet.
2. An outline of briefings scheduled for the meeting
is given in Tab A. Pertinent details on arrangements for attendance
are summarized below.
25X1 D 3. In view of the scope and importance of this presentation
the meeting also will be open to key community II planning
personnel. In addition to the normal complement attending regular
25X1 D COMIREX meetings, members are encouraged to bring additional
I planning representatives from their organization whom they
feel will directly benefit at this time from the overview and update
provided in the briefings. Seating arrangements in the
Auditorium will be adjusted to accommodate the number proposed.

4. Please contact the Executive Secretary as soon as
possible with at least your preliminary estimate of the number of
individuals expected to attend from your organization. COMIREX
members are also requested to notify the Office of the Chairman
no later than 1000 Wednesday, 15 November, of the names of
representatives from their respective agencies and departments
5. It is proposed to distribute by separate memorandum
the data on current operations which would normally be taken up at
the regular COMIREX meeting. If there are special items which
any member wishes to have the Committee review on 16 November,
these can be handled in special session following the briefings.
