SUBJECT: Minimum, Sun Angle for KH-4 Photography for MC&G Purposes Over
the Tropical Belt
1. It is requested that the Evaluation Criteria for Panoramic Photography
dated 15 August 1968 which was distributed to MCGWG members on
18 September 1968 as document A-MCGWG-38 be amended as follows:
All references to minimum sun angle for"KH-4 pan and frame photography
over the tropical belt will be modified in favor of exposing photographs
whenever there is adequate light.
2. This modification, pertinent only to the tropical belt, is intended to
help solve the photo coverage problem in the cloudy regions.
