3. It was agreed that the NRO should be advised on the
above subject that the preferred altitude is 115 nautical miles,
plus or minus ten miles; preferably a circular orbit; launch
between 15 September and 15 October; and priorities as now pre-
sented on the AMS map (this map to be subject to possible modifi-
cations by 1 September).

Status of Revision of TALENT Sanitization
Relates to MCGWG Interests
5. Chairman of Sanitization and Decontrol
Working Group, met with the MCGWG to discuss the above subject. He
pointed out that the community is in agreement with regard to the DIA
-proposals for revision of the MCG annexes to the-Manual. It is anticipated
that this should in the near future be resolved at'the Board level. In
response to a question from Mr, he pointed out that the DIA
has the initiative to make proposals with regard to the maps required
for NATO but that obviously such proposals should take into account
the limitations established by the information specified in the TD1.
