NOTE 1: The eight peripheral missions will be flown against valid USIB requirements, and
.will be conducted in accordance with the restrictions set forth by higher authority on

of PRC held islands).
2. Plans are still active to fly the one remaining of the two IDEALIST SCOPE SHIELD
missions previously approved as soon as weather and equipment permit.
