SUBJECT Symposium on Precision of Mensuration and
Image Enhancement
1. This follows up my memorandum of 8 March. The meeting
will be held at NPIC at 1000 hours on 22 April. Those attending should
be resigned to devoting the rest of the da to the task. The security
level will be TALENT-KEYHOLE Each of the above-named
individuals will be responsible or certi ying the clearances of all
aitendees from his organization and for taking any steps needed to
get individuals into NPIC.
2. As it now stands, NPIC will present at least one presentation,
and OD&E will present at least two. Other organizations planning formal
presentations should notify me. Copies of all briefings should be made
available for distribution to attendees, preferably in narrative form.
