1. The attached memorandum on the subject from the Chairman,
Committee on Imagery Requirements and Exploitation (COMIREX), pre-
pared in response to a DIA proposal to pass the Ground Order 25X1A
of Battle in reference b. (which is available through COMIREX members), 25X1A
is circulated for USIB consideration of the recommendation in paragraph 5.
2. COMIREX recommends that USIB approve the release-of
sanitized T-KH information on those units included in reference b. that are
located west of the Urals.
3. Board members are requested to advise the Secretariat by close
of business 5 November of their concurrence in or other views on the
recommendation in paragraph 5 of the attached memorandum from the
Chairman, COMIREX.
