SPECIAL NOTICE to the Committee on Overhead Reconnaissance
1. The Director of Central Intelligence has requested
that the document "Justification for Future TACKLE Missions,"
COMOR-D-2/14, be played on the agenda of the. United States Intelli-
gence Board for the meeting of the Board on Thursday, 31 May 1962.
Members of COMOR are requested to bring this document to the
attention of their principals along with the document "Survivability
of U-2 over China, " COMOR-D-2/15, which is being distributed
separately.
2. Each member will please place the stamp DINAR on
each page of Annex D of COMOR-Il-2/14.
