suggested that the ICRS should provide the operators with a list of "lodestone"

1104 PROGRAMM_ING_
$, CIA member presented a list of targets and areas that he recommended
for use in cutting camera programs for Mission 1104, He noted that all the
ICBM complexes and a large number of the MR/IRBM complexes were included,
He stated that it was important that we have the capability to cover as many of
the offensive missile complexes as possible in order to assist in the preparation
of a SNIE that is being prepared in support of arms limitation negotiations,
stated. that since there appeared to be a high number of intelligence
requirem or this mission that the ICRS may want to recommend to COMIREX
that a smaller percentage of film be allotted for MC&G requirements. He noted
that this could be discussed at the next meeting. Attached is the list of targets
and areas approved for programming Mission ll04).
