Reconnaissance
1? Attached are revised target files and lists for use by Operations
and NPIC in the K.H-4 satellite reconnaissance program. Revisions in
the files reflect actions taken by the Photo Working Group on 3 March
19640
2, All target files and lists of targets for the KH-4, distributed
under CWG-D-21/1 on 30 January 1964, are now out of date and should
be destroyed

inactivated, updated and deleted by the Photo Working Group on 3 March 1964.
2. Attachment 11 contains target descriptions and requirements of all
active targets, arranged in COMDR number order. The active target file,
distributed on 30 January 1964 under CWG-D..21/1, is out of date and should be
destroyed.

of all targets for KH- satellite reconnaissance._ The lists are arranged in
COMDR number order, in coordinate order, in WAC-BE number order an ad alphabetically
by country. Target lists distribi-md on 30 Januery 1964 t ier CWG-D,-2l/i
should be destroyed.
4. Attachment V contains target descriptions and requirements of all
inactive targets arranged in "C4OR number order. The inactive target file,
distributed on 30 January 1964 under CWG-D-21/l, should be destroyed.
