MEMORANDUM FOR: COMOR Photo Working Group
SUBJECT: Revised Target Files for KH-4
Satellite Reconnaissance
1. Attached are revised files of active targets and lists of all
targets for use by Operations and NPIC in the KH-4 satellite recon-
naissance programs. Revisions to the files include actions taken by
the Photo Working Group on 16 October 1964, as a result of photographic
coverage obtained by Mission 1011-1.
2. Files of active targets and lists of all targets for KH-4
reconnaissance, distributed as Attachment III and IV to CWG-D-21/12
on 6 October 1964 are now out of date and should be destroyed. The
file of inactive targets, distributed as Attachment V to CWG-D-21/12
on 6 October 1964 should be retained.
3. Summary of target status as of 15 October 1964 and 16 October
1964.

1. Attachment II contains a list of targets entered, reactivated,
inactivated, deleted, and updated by the Photo Working Group on
16 October 1964.
2. Attachment III contains target descriptions and requirements
of all active targets, arranged in COMOR number order. The file
distributed on 6 October 1964 as Attachment III to CWG-D-21/12 is now
out of date and should be destroyed.
3. Attachment IV, distributed. only to NPIC and Operations,
contains lists of all targets selected for KH-4 satellite reconnaissance.
The lists are arranged in COMOR number order, in coordinate order, in
WAC-BE number order, alphabetically by country, and by activity status
by country. Target lists distributed on 6 October 1964 as Attachment IV
to CWG-D-2112 are now out of date and should be destroyed.
4. Attachment V contains target descriptions and requirements of
all inactive targets, arranged in COMOR number order. The file distributed on
6 October 1964 as Attachment V to CWG-D-2112 should be retained.
