SUBJECT: Revised Target File for KH-7 Satellite
Reconnaissance
1. Attached are target file and lists for use by Operations and
NPIC in the KH-7 satellite reconnaissance program. The file was
reviewed by the Photo Working Group on 6 October 1964, taking
into consideration the OAK readout of missions 1010 and 4011.
2. The active target file and lists of KH-7 targets distributed
as Attachments III and IV to CWG-D-20/15 on 26 August, are now
out of date and should be destroyed. The inactive target file,
distributed as Attachment V to CWG-D-20/13 on 11 August 1964,
should also be destroyed.
3. Summary of target status as of 5 and 6 October 1964.

1. Attachment II contains a list of targets that were entered,
reactivated, inactivated, updated and deleted on 6 October 1964.
2. Attachment III contains target descriptions and requirements
of all active KH-7 targets, arranged in COMOR number order. The active
target file, distributed as Attachment III to CWG-D-2015 on 26 August
1964, is now out of date and should be destroyed.
3. Attachment IV, distributed only to NPIC and Operations, contains
lists of all KH-7 targets arranged by COMOR number, by coordinates, by
WAC-BE number, alphabetically by country, and by activity status, country
and COMOR number. The target lists, distributed as Attachment IV to
CWG-D-2015 on 15 August 1964, should be destroyed.
+. Attachment V contains target descriptions and requirements of
all inactive targets, arranged in COMOR number order. The inactive
target file distributed as Attachment V to CWG-D-2013 on 11 August
1964, should also be destroyed.
