SUBJECT: Revised Target Files for KH-4 Satellite
Reconnaissance
1. Attached are revised files of active targets for use by Operations and
NPIC in the KH-4 satellite reconnaissance programs. Revisions to the files
include actions taken by the Photo Working Group on 6 January 1965, as a
result of photographic coverage dbtained by Missions 1015-1, 1015-2, C374C
and from recent documents.
2. Summary of target status as of 5 January 1965 and 6 January 1965.

CWG-D-2118
1. Attachment II contains a list of targets entered, inactivated,
reactivated and updated by the Photo Working Group on 6 January 1965.
2. Attachment III contains target descriptions and requirements of
all active targets, arranged in COMOR number order. The file distributed
on 22 December 1964 as Attachment III to CWG-D-21/17 is now out of date
and should be destroyed.
3. Attachment IV, distributed only to NPIC and Operations, contains
lists of all targets selected for KH-4 satellite reconnaissance. The
lists are arranged in COMOR number order, in coordinate order, in WAC-BE
number order, alphabetica;ly by country, and by activity status by country.
Target lists distributed on 22 December 1964 as Attachment IV to CWG-D-2117
should be destroyed.
4. The file distributed on 22 December 1964 as Attachment V to
CWG-D-21/17 and should be retained.
