1. Attached are revised files of active targets and lists of all targets for
use by Operations and NPIC in the KH-4 satellite reconnaissance program.
Revisions to the files include actions taken by the Photo Working Group on
15 June 1965, as a result of photographic coverage obtained by KH-4

:1. Attachment II contains a list of targets entered and inactivated
and updated by the Photo Working Group on 15 June 1965.
2. Attachment III contains target descriptions and requirements of
all active targets, arranged in COMOR number order. The file distributed
21 May 1965, as Attachment III''to CWG-D-21/23 is now out of date and
should be destroyed.
3. Attachment IV, distributed only to NPIC and Operations, contains
lists of all targets selected for ICI-4 satellite reconnaissance. The
lists are arranged in COMOR number order, in coordinate order, in WAC-BE
number order, alphabetically by country, and by activity status by country.
Target lists distributed on 21 May 1965 as Attachment IV to CWG-D-21/23
should be destroyed.
)a. The file of inactive targets distributed as Attachment V to
CWG-D-2122 on 21 April 1965 should be retained.
