Revised Target Files for KH-4 Satellite
Reconnaissance
1. Attached are revised files and lists of all targets for use by Operations
and NPIC in the KH-4 satellite reconnaissance program. Revisions to the files
include actions taken by the Photo Working Group on 22 June 1965, as a result
of photographic coverage obtained by KH-4 Mission 1020.

1. Attachment II contains a list of targets entered., inactivated, and
updated by the Photo Working Group on 22 June 1965.
2. Attachment III contains target descriptions and requirements of all
active targets, arranged in COMOR number order. The file distributed
16 June 1965, as Attachment III to PWG-D-2124 is now out of date and
should be destroyed..
3. Attachment IV, distributed only to NPIC and Operations, contains
lists of all targets selected for KEI-4 satellite reconnaissance. The
lists are arranged in COMOR number order, in coordinate order, in WAC-BE
number order, alphabetically by country, and by activity status by country.
Target lists distributed on 16 June 1965 as Attachment IV to PWG-D-2124
should be destroyed..
4. Attachment:; V''.o.ontAinsi;descriptionns. and( former lltequiretents )on all
inactive targets, arranged in COMOR number order. The file of inactive
targets distributed. as Attachment V to CWG-D-2122 on 20 April 1965 is out
of date and should be destroyed.
