1, Attached is the replacement for Tab L (Revision 3) held within
COMIREX=D-34?37. Tab L has been divided into two parts; Tab L-1 relative
to initial processing in the ZI and Tab L-2 relative to initial. processing
overseas.
2, In accordance, with the EXSUBCOM approval on 27 October 1967 of
an Air Force request, FfD is placed within Priority Three distribution
group for one duplicate positive of BLACK SHIELD photography.
