on Requirements Satisfaction
SUBJECT Minutes of the First Meeting, 14 December 1972
1. Attendees were:
2. Subjects discussed included the terms of reference and
ways to operate. It was agreed that each member would bring
his proposed terms of reference to the next meeting for final-
ization and then submission to the SIGINT Committee. Members
were further asked to submit at the next meeting a list of
some 20-30 areas for consideration as units on which boxscores
might be kept. (One example might be ELINT Ground EOB).
The group agreed that weekly meetings were in order at this
time, with these scheduled for 1000 hours Thursday. The room
number will be noted on the agenda.
