Pursuant to my responsibilities to provide staff support to CFI,
as stated in Executive Order 11905, I have named Mr.
as Executive Secretary, CFI. jwill have the following STATINTL
responsibilities:
maintain official CFI records, minutes, and
maintain a follow-up action system;
-- develop agendas and schedule meetings;
-- provide for strict security control over all
CFI matters;
-- provide a focal point for coordinating CFI matters.
