SUBJECT : Dissemination of CFI Directives
1. The proposed dissemination of CFI Directives, as set
forth in VADM Murphy's memorandum to CFI members on 18 May 1976,
has been approved.
2. Mr. Thomas Latimer advised me by telephone on 25 May
that Mr. Ellsworth had approved, and Mr. Richard Ober reported
Mr. Hyland's approval today.
3. Attached are the original versions of CFIDs 1, 2 and
3 for reproduction and dissemination in a total of 58 copies to
the addressees listed in the 18 May memorandum. Ben Evans may
wish to indicate recipients for direct distribution of the 1a
copies to be provided the DCI, so I suggest you speak with him
about this.
