1. The Research and Development Subcommittee of the
Intelligence Information Handling Committee has reviewed the refer-
ences and has recommended to me that subject item be withdrawn
from further USIB consideration. They feel that it is outdated and
would require extensive rewriting.
2. I have reviewed the CODIB report and agree with the
recommendations of the Subcommittee. It is requested that this item
be dropped from further USIB action.
