1. The Intelligence Information Handling Committee,
established by Attachment B to Reference (a), will hold its first
(organizational) meeting on 24 April 1968 at 10:00 A. M. in
Room 2E 62, CIA Headquarters Building.
2. It is requested that the departments and agencies to be
represented, as reflected in Reference (b), designate their
representatives (and alternates as appropriate) on the Committee
and notify the Chairman by 1200 hours, 23 April 1968.
3. It is further requested that the designated representatives
and alternates be either cleared or clearable for TS, SI and T/KH.
If the designees do not now possess these clearances, it is requested
that the agencies make arrangements to grant these clearances as
soon as possible.
