1. Since the NSC Subcommittee on Technical Surveillance
Countermeasures is no longer in existence, your referenced letter
has been referred to the recently established Technical Surveillance
Countermeasures Committee of the U. S. Intelligence Board which
concerns itself with the coordination of Technical Surveillance
Countermeasures programs conducted by the intelligence community.
2. Should you wish to keep informed of countermeasures
equipment and techniques currently used by the intelligence community,
