MEMORANDUM FOR USIB SECRETARIAT:
Subject: Distribution of SIGINT Evaluation Report
1. The Director, NSA has strongly recommended that
distribution of the 18 February SIGINT Evaluation Report be
reduced to the minimum. I concur.
2. I recommend that all copies of this report be with-
drawn and held by the USIB Secretariat pending a determination
of further requirement except:
a. One to each USIB Member.
b. One to the CIA Member of the,SIGINT Committee.
c. One to the DIA Member of the SIGINT Committee.
